I have been talking about starting a blog for some time. In fact, my sis and I thought we could do one together. Well, I am doing this on my own with intentions of starting a real business. (Sister, please forgive me! You can guest post often.) I love to re-finish furniture and re-purpose items and fabric to help beautify my home. I'm going to start by showing you some before and after shots. Hopefully you will be inspired.

Confession- we used this in our master bedroom
as a dresser for a short time!

I kept the original hardware because it was already awesome.
I actually primed the buffet with cover stain primer
(after sanding and attempting two coats of paint)

to keep some redness from showing through the paint.
The buffet IS for sale, but I must admit, I like seeing it
when I walk downtown. It's in a winter window display. Maybe someone I know will buy it and grant me visitation rights.
